So what is the best way of cooking an Ogre? The meat can be quite tough if not properly hung for at least 28 days, but I still suggest you put the meat in a slow cooker, as this will make the meat nice and tender.
Marinate the meat for 24hrs before cooking as well. Ogre meat is very hearty and filling, but can be quite gamey.
A casserole or a curry is the best dish for this meat, although I have had a nice recipe for Ogre pie recently given to me.
